At this site exhibitors can reserve a booth, keep track of deadlines and download important forms. Start by viewing the floor plan and list of exhibitors to choose the best booth location for your company. Once your booth location has been reserved, we will add you to the growing list of exhibitors. You will receive a login username and password to the special exhibitor web site where you can manage all your Business EXPO tasks, upload press releases and complete forms.


Booth cost varies based on company size. Discounts are available for minority women-owned businesses and non-profits. Booths are on a first come, first serve basis and we cannot guarantee your first choice.

Payment in full must be received within 30 days of registration.


  • State-certified minority and women owned businesses deduct 5 percent off booth price
  • Non-profit organizations under $1 million in annual revenue deduct 5 percent off booth price

*Non-member companies add $500 to the appropriate cost, or join the Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey for as little as $350.

Your booth cost includes:

  • 6’ x 10’ exhibit booth with 8’ draped backdrop and 3’ side dividers
  • 6’ skirted table
  • Two (2) chairs
  • 44” x 7” identification sign

Payment Policy: : Payment in full must be received within 30 days of booth registration. Failure to pay in full by that date may forfeit your booth space. See cancellation policy below for refund policy prior to August 1, 2012.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received by August 1, 2012 to qualify for a full refund. A 50 percent refund will be issued if the cancellation occurs between August 2, 2012 and August 15, 2012. After August 15, 2012 no refunds will be issued. A $35 administrative fee will be applied to all refunds. No-shows will not receive a refund and will be billed for balances due.
